is this for me?

Great for beginners too

Almost everyone who walks in for the first time has the same worries. Here’s the honest answer.

Never danced?

Most of our students hadn’t either. You don’t need rhythm or experience — just curiosity.

Not strong yet?

Classes are built for zero strength — we start low, and every move has an easier version.

Not flexible?

Nobody starts flexible. Flexibility is what you get from coming — not what you need to begin.

Any age, any body

Every age, every shape, every background. Your training, your pace — no judgement, no comparing.

Questions & answers

Everything you need to know before your first class. Still not sure? Just message us — we reply fast.

What should I wear?

Pole: shorts and a fitted top or sports bra — skin helps you grip the pole. Aerial: leggings and a fitted top that covers your armpits and the backs of your knees. Yoga & flexibility: anything comfy. All classes are barefoot. Please skip body lotion on the day and take off jewellery.

How do I book my first class?

If you’ve never trained with us before: sign up on TeamUp, buy a Single Session with the coupon code FIRST (€22 → €10), then book any class in the Schedule. Once per person. The steps are in the “Get our best intro offer” block above.

Who can join?

Everyone aged 16 and over — women and men, any body and any fitness level.

Can I come to open training any time?

No — open training runs only at the set Open Training times in the timetable. Pick one of those sessions and book it in advance. You warm up with the group, then practise on your own. It’s for students with experience, not beginners.

Are there changing rooms and parking?

Yes, there’s a changing room and free parking right at the studio. There are no showers.

I have an injury / I’m pregnant — can I join?

Please check with your doctor first and tell your coach before the class, so we can adapt or suggest a better option.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel in the booking app at least 24 hours before the class and the credit goes back to your account — use it for another class, for example the next day. If you cancel later than 24 hours before (or don’t come), the class is lost.

What are the studio rules?

Book every class on TeamUp before you come — you can only join a class you’re booked into, and booking closes 2 hours before the class starts. No chewing gum or food during training. Take off all jewellery before class, especially rings and bracelets.
